    It's a luxury and intimate hotel with accommodating services. The staff are super friendly, giving their best to make the stay a very comfortable experience. The pool bar makes the complementary drinks.

    Very nice, clean with excellent views to the sea, with very polite and always attentive care staff.

    My room didn't have balcony or terrace which didn't let me enjoy the beautiful view.

    Very pleasant experience there. Nicely appointed hotel, ideal location outside next to the beach and attentive staff. Excellent service, delicious and above average breakfast with an unbeatable view and enough options to satisfy everyone, as example.

    The snorkeling right off the beach blew me away, we saw colorful fish and even turtles. The staff were super friendly and always there to help with anything we needed.

    The beach and the incredible crystal water. I travel all over the world and I never saw a water like that, also the beach, the privacy and the breakfast on the sea. Everything is excellent.

    A fee of $352 that I am still reclaiming without response.

    During my three-night stay, the staff made it special. A heartfelt thank you to the beach attendants who always checked on us with refreshing drinks. The ocean view from my Standard Room was amazing! Don't miss the complimentary beach cabanas for a perfect relaxing day.

    Good place with its beach access, outdoor swimming pool, and friendly staff who assisted me with printing important documents on my first stay. I'm definitely coming back for a holiday!

    The Windsong was very quiet which we loved and the staff was amazing.

    They need to work on the Havana Club to make it more of a draw. The Pinot Noir at the club is horrible. They could have more watersports available and maybe things set up for the children to do - more activities. The hotel could use a 2nd restaurant.
